Welcome to The Seasons, a brand owned and operated by Rad Strategies, LLC, a California limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, the-seasons.com, including all related content, features, and purchases (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given your consent for any minor dependents to use the Services. You may not use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed through our website are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or product unavailability.
We also reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. We may contact you using the information provided at checkout if adjustments to your order are needed.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to display products accurately. Minor variations in color or finish may occur due to lighting or screen differences. Each miniature is hand-finished, and small irregularities are part of its unique craftsmanship.

4. Pricing and Taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are added at checkout. You are responsible for any local or state taxes that apply to your order.
5. Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Services. You must promptly update your information, including your email address, billing details, and shipping address, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Orders ship from California. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered.”

7. Returns and Refunds
Because of the seasonal and collectible nature of our items, most sales are final. Damaged or incorrect items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis as described in our Refund Policy.
8. Modifications to Products or Services
We may modify or discontinue any product, collection, or Service at any time without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
9. Accuracy, Errors & Corrections
Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel or update orders if necessary, including after an order has been submitted.
10. Intellectual Property
All images, text, logos, and designs on this website are owned or licensed by Rad Strategies, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with security, attempt to access private areas, upload malicious code, or use automated systems (e.g., bots or scrapers) to interact with our site. You also agree not to engage in unlawful, defamatory, or harmful behavior on or through the Services.
12. Third-Party Links & Tools
The Services may include links to third-party websites or tools we do not control. These are provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your use of any third-party site or tool is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rad Strategies, LLC, its members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any violation of these Terms or as required by law. Upon termination, the sections of these Terms that by nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive termination.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement; No Waiver
These Terms, together with our related policies (including Privacy, Refund, and Shipping Policies), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to do so later.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
