We stand behind the quality of everything we create. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

What’s Covered

All products purchased directly from The Seasons (not resellers) come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Structural or craftsmanship failures
  • Issues that prevent normal use or function

What’s Not Covered

Because of the nature of our materials and product styles, the warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage, misuse, drops, or improper care
  • Cosmetic changes such as fading, minor scratches, or surface wear
  • Hand-painted or handmade variation (each piece is unique)
  • Natural color, texture, or grain variation in artistic or organic materials
  • Damage from exposure to moisture, sunlight, heat, or outdoor environments
  • Any product purchased from resellers, marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers

Warranty Eligibility

To qualify:

  • The item must be purchased directly from the-seasons.com
  • Warranty is non-transferable (valid only for the original purchaser)
  • A valid order number is required
  • The issue must fall within the 6-month warranty window

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If something seems off, email us at support@the-seasons.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the product and the issue
  3. A brief description of what happened

We’ll review your claim and get back to you promptly.

What Happens Next

Once the issue is evaluated and approved, we’ll determine the best resolution. This may include:

  • Replacement of the item (if available)
  • Store credit
  • Refund (case-by-case)

Replacements will be prioritized whenever possible.

If the item must be returned for inspection or processing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Handmade & Artistic Variation

Many of our items feature hand-painted details or artisan finishing. Slight variations in color, brushwork, texture, or placement are normal — and part of what makes each piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
