Are these limited edition?

Yes — each piece is produced in small seasonal batches. Once a design sells out, it may not return until the following year (and sometimes not at all). Early purchasing is recommended.

Are these safe for children or pets?

These are collectible décor items, not toys.

What are the houses made of?

Each house is premium resin, hand-painted, has LED lighting and built with long-lasting detail.

Do the houses light up? How do they power on?

Yes. Every house includes:

  • A built-in warm LED light, and
  • A standard power adapter (no batteries required)

Just plug it in and enjoy the glow.

Do they play music?

No—our pieces don’t include music. We focus on thoughtful design, warm ambience, and the details that make each scene feel magical. The melodies are entirely up to you.

Shipping and Returns

What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To start a return, please email support@the-seasons.com before sending anything back.

What is your shipping fee?

We charge a flat $10 per order shipped within the United States.
One order = one shipping address.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).

After processing, delivery times depend on the carrier — typically 2–5 business days for most U.S. destinations.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet — U.S. orders only for now.

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

Because of our small-batch inventory and limited supply, and priority to ship quickly, orders cannot be canceled once placed.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged from transit, we will make it right.

  • your order number
  • the shipping box + packaging

We will review and replace or refund the item if eligible.
